Every one of these is something I have run on myself first. Start where you are. Nobody skips to the top.

Step one · One Saturday a month

$47 seat / $97 full seat

Two hours, live on Zoom. Locals can join in person at the clinic.
$47: the seat, the workbook, and the replay for thirty days.
$97: adds a signed copy of the book, and the full amount credits toward the Blueprint or your first month of The Protocol if you move within fourteen days.
One theme a month. Units versus milligrams. Normal labs versus optimal labs. Sleep as the first domino. Recovery after forty.

Step two · Your numbers, read properly

Your bloodwork read against optimal ranges, not the ranges built from sick people.
A written plan and a personal video walkthrough from me.
Ends with one sentence: here is your plan, and here is how to run it with me.
Delivered through the clinic. Clinical decisions are made by our medical director.

Step three · Monthly membership

Monthly three tiers

All-inclusive: your protocol, adjustments as you progress, a monthly group call with me, quarterly body scan and lab review, and clinic access when you need it.
Foundation for the person coming off a first transformation who refuses to fall backward.
Performance for the person who wants the full picture managed.
Optimized is capped: priority scheduling and direct access to me inside a set response window.

Step four · Quarterly, eight to ten people

By application

For the person who has done the transformation and now wants the optimization.
One private ninety-minute intake. One live group call a week. Full Blueprint included.
A private thread with set response windows, and a graduation call where you commit to what happens next, out loud.
Priced like the premium thing it is. Skin in the game is the point.
